Know About The Importance Of Ayahuasca Shaman

The emergence of shamanic use of ayahuasca is lost in the mists of history but there are several different stories among those of some indigenous tribes of Amazon in terms of how they came to work in the beginning with the medicine. In indigenous term, ayahuasca was then generally used by the shamans of the Amazon region for divinatory and then healing purposes.

There are some complex rituals surrounding the preparation and also use of ayahuasca, which has been passed down with the help of generations of healers. By holding some healing ceremonies, they generally use the medicine as a complete diagnostic tool for discovering the roots if illnesses in their patients. Ayahuasca Shaman performs the duty of preparing ayahuasca drink and serving it to the people.

As far as the use of ayahuasca is concerned, well, its use is widespread and also represents a basis of traditional medicine practice for approximate 75% indigenous tribes across the uppers and lower Amazon. Unlike all of other sacred plant medicines, ayahuasca is generally made from two important plants – leaf of chacruna plant and Banisteriopsis caapi e.g. ayahuasca vine.

Both of these plants are generally collected from forest mainly for creating a potent mixture offering a complete access to the realm of energetic and spirits that people are typically not able to perceive in ordinary state of conscious.
